In the mythologies of all cultures of the world (those that continue to exist, as well as those that do not) exist facts that indicate that the Catalog of Human Population was present in these cultures. This is easy to trace if one carefully studies the ancient, archaic cultural layers. However, the source itself was preserved only in one culture—Chinese culture. This is not surprising because since time immemorial, the Chinese have a tradition, which calls not to destroy any books, any sources of information. Therefore, it is not important that this manuscript was preserved only in Chinese. The important thing is that it was preserved.
