“In many senses, a man born on June 18th of common years can be compared to a float that dangles on the water surface because this person is just as hesitant, unstable and sometimes somewhat superficial. For example, this person considers his entire life to be something like events in a movie where he is a participant in the status of a movie star and a viewer at the same time. He is a viewer, who forgets the plot of the movie he just watched right upon exiting the movie theater, just like as if he had nothing to do with it.

In general, this person is characterized by a very light, even frivolous attitude towards many things in life. No, it is not that he does not at all need all these things; he thinks that they can be present, but considered individual is not eager to have them and does not have much desire that would inspire him to get them. For example, he thinks that it would be nice to have the most luxurious furniture with expensive inlays and so on. However, it is not a big deal for him if he does not have it and he can get by with what he does have. Or, for example, he thinks that it is good if one is lucky from birth and can live in a large apartment building and this entire house called “a palace” belongs to the family in which one was born. However, if all this did not happen, then an ordinary apartment will do just fine. Or, for example, it would be nice to regularly have delicacies on the table, but the main thing for this person is not to starve. Therefore, if there are only potatoes and nothing more in his kitchen, then, from his point of view, things are not bad already. And, if these potatoes are already cooked, then even better! If there is also an opportunity to salt the potatoes with coarse salt, and eat all this at a summer table in the open air — that is absolutely wonderful! And, if it is possible to add a piece of thick meat to these potatoes, then at the moment life can be considered successful… In other words, without denying anything that could be attributed to a high-budget life, this person will not “break his back,” so to speak, by working day and night. Considered individual reasons as follows: “If I have something — that’s good, but if I don’t — that’s okay too.”

Also, qualities of a float manifest in a man born on June 18th of common years in that he tends to follow the lead of the vain world; that is — he spinelessly follows the trends of the century. And, he changes under the pressure of these trends and influences without complaint. In other words, this individual is weak-willed and succumbs to the influence of his environment. Such people are also called conformists: they tend to fantasize that they are people, who go through the waves of life freely, but in reality they simply get carried downstream like woodchips. In essence, they just go with the flow all their lives, do not resist the main “stream” and practically “let go of the paddle.” Unlike some other people, who might be disturbed by the situation of being “a leaf in the wind” and experience discomfort from their own lack of freedom, considered individual is not worried about this in any way.

Moreover, whatever twists and turns his life takes, calmly as a Buddhist he says something like this: “This too shall pass! All is vanity.” Are things going well at the moment? Very well then! And, if things are not so good or even very bad, then oh well. Such is life and it is not a reason to hang oneself! After all, he thinks that life is like a zebra, which means that a streak of good luck always gets replaced by a streak of bad luck, and vice versa! So, even if something is not going well right now, the next streak in no way can be unlucky! More or less this is how the considered individual tends to reason.

However, all of the above does not mean that this person has no focus on success and luck whatsoever. He does. It is just that he perceives the problem called “success – failure,” so to speak, “in a philosophical way”; that is — calmly, without unnecessary worries about this matter. Success and failure, profit and loss, victory and defeat, gain and loss —he as if leaves all this at the discretion of the Higher Powers in the face of Destiny, God, etc., depending on his beliefs. He agrees with the popular saying: “Маn proposes, but God disposes.” Meaning that it is up to a person to conceive something, but completion often depends on those Higher Powers… Indeed, sometimes a person does everything possible so that what he planned or what he wants works out, but sometimes it still does not, and even when initially there are seemingly beautiful perspectives and prospects. Therefore, knowing that not everything is in his hands, a man born on June 18th of common years takes all the necessary actions on his part, and then as if leaves the rest to the will of the Higher Powers, leaving himself simply the right to work towards the result and hope for success. Figuratively speaking, it is as if he tells himself something like this: “In case of success I will become a king, and in case of failure I will become a bandit.”

In addition to all of the above, one of the main things always under this person’s close attention is his own greatness. He perceives himself a magnitude of a size that literally blocks the Sun — that is how great and mighty he is!…”
